Important note about the contractual language:
For orders of customers with an invoicing address in Germany, Austria or Switzerland German is the contractual language. Therefore the version of our Return-Policy and General Business Conditions has to be confirmed during checkout. Therefore pls. use the German version of our online-shop. The text below is not a 1:1 translation of the within Germany legally set Withdrawal- and Return-Rights for German customers, nor of our German General Business Conditions!
Binding Contract:
The publishing of products in this online-shop does not create a contractually binding offer - it is just a non-binding online catalog. By pushing the button 'Confirm Order' at the end of the checkout process you are submitting a contractually binding order for the goods listed in your shopping cart. You will instantly receive an order confirmation after submitting your order. A purcasing contract is being created by our order confirmation or by delivery of the goods.
Return Policy:
Occasionally we understand that you may want to return items. That's why we allow, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, for you to return it to us in its
original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.
Withdrawal from purchase:
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. There is no right - and we do not accept - the withdrawal from contracts or the return of items that have been specifically manufactured on your specific request to your individual specifications (custom manufactured items) - except in case the item(s) delivered are defective. If you want to withdraw from a contract for such custom manufactured item, pls. check with us immediately. If we can stop production before the item has been manufactured, we will of course accept your withdrawal.
To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day period, please contact us to receive a personalized return label for your item. You are not required to give a specific reason for your cancellation.
Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us using a personalized return label so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 Euros.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item was delivered damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge.
